Emma Hutchinson - Principal
I love being a teacher because it allows me to give every child every opportunity to grow, thrive, and believe in what’s possible for their future. I am passionate about helping students discover who they are—nurturing their strengths, uncovering their interests, and building a sense of identity and purpose. I also value the opportunity to help parents, carers, and staff see children through a strengths-based lens, inspiring a shared commitment to their development and encouraging everyone to play an active, positive role in their journey.
Our teaching staff
Your child’s school experience is shaped by the people around them. Our teachers bring experience, care and a passion for learning to every lesson. With a focus on success, they help every child reach their full potential.

Genevieve Smith - APCI/Classroom Teacher Stage 3
I love being a teacher because no two days are ever the same – the variety keeps me energised and inspired. Teaching allows me to be creative, think on my feet, and connect deeply with my students and their families. It’s a truly fulfilling role, and moments when a student thanks me or proudly shares something they’ve achieved remind me just how meaningful this work is.

Jessica Marino - Classroom Teacher Stage 2
I love being a teacher because every day brings the chance to spark curiosity, build confidence, and guide students as they discover what they’re capable of. I aim to support my students to build resilience as learners, to approach learning in creative ways, and to enjoy the process of learning along the way.

Vanessa Bulmer - Classroom Teacher Stage 1
I am a dedicated and passionate educator currently teaching in the early years. I believe in creating a warm, inclusive classroom where every student feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn. With a strong focus on building early literacy and numeracy skills, I aim to foster curiosity and confidence in all learners. I enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and families to support student growth and wellbeing.

Chloe Oliver - Classroom Teacher Stage 1
I love being a teacher because it allows me to be creative while building meaningful relationships with my students. It gives me the chance to inspire curiosity and support young minds as they explore their potential. Watching students grow in confidence and develop as independent thinkers is incredibly rewarding, and I feel grateful to be part of that journey.

Jacki Northam - Classroom Teacher Stage 1 Relieving
Being a teacher is an incredibly rewarding occupation. I am deeply passionate about creating a classroom environment that is safe, supportive, challenging, and inclusive. Watching my students learn, grow, and succeed is what drives me every day. I take pride in fostering a space where all students—regardless of gender, socio-economic status, religion, ability, language, or cultural background—feel valued, engaged, and empowered to thrive. Teaching allows me the unique privilege of making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people on a daily basis.

Hailie Morgan - Classroom Teacher Learning Support/RFF
I love being a teacher because it gives me the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students every single day. I believe that every child deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for in a safe, inclusive environment that nurtures curiosity, wonder, and growth. As a learning support teacher, I focus on building upon each student’s strengths, recognising the unique potential they each hold, and supporting their journey with empathy, respect, and encouragement. I value a collaborative, whole-team approach—one where students, families, teachers, and allied professionals work together toward shared goals for individual success. For me, teaching is not just about instruction; it’s about connection. It’s about creating trusting relationships that empower students to thrive and discover what they are truly capable of. There is no greater joy than seeing a student recognise their own potential and feel proud of who they are. That is why I teach.
