Compliments, complaints and suggestions

It is our goal to provide the best possible experience for our students, parents and the community and your feedback is important to us.


We love to celebrate the great at our school. If you have some positive feedback about a staff member of experience at our school, please do let us know. It makes a difference.


Our assessment, resolution and follow-up of complaints is informed by theĀ NSW Department of Education Complaints Handling Policy and Procedures, with the goal of improving the delivery of education programs and services.

Complaints should be finalised within 20 working days and all parties will be kept informed of the progress of the complaint, the reasons for any decisions and the outcomes that will be implemented.


We are always looking for ways to improve and value your suggestions and insights into what we could do better.
