The Scarborough Public School P&C is an independent organisation affiliated to the P&C Federation. At Scarborough Public School, we consider parents and community members as partners in the education process with a right and a responsibility to play an active role in the education of their children. Our P&C plays a very active and collaborative role in school organisation and decision-making. For more information on the role of the P&C, visit the P&C Federation website.
We encourage all parents to get involved in this important organisation. Without this essential community support, the uniform shop, many fundraisers and the Annual Art Show would not occur.
For more information, please contact the school or the P&C directly at scarboroughschoolpandc@gmail.com
Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month. Topics discussed are varied but focus entirely on the school and the students.

High on a cliff overlooking a spectacular coastline, the Scarborough Art Show has become a cultural beacon of the Illawarra, attracting visitors and exhibitors from the region and across the state.
The even is organised by the Scarborough Public School Parents and Citizens Association and is hosted by generous parent and community volunteers. This event is an annual opportunity to bring our families together while also raising essential funds for our school. In past years, proceeds have funded our 1:1 devices program, air-conditioning in classrooms, additional learning support, a new playground as well as a music and an art program.
This annual show has developed a reputation for its
quality, its breadth and its affordability. Painters, printmakers,
photographers and sculptors join with jewellers, ceramicists and
craftspeople from Sydney to the Southern Highlands to create a vibrant
exhibition, with something for everyone.
Visit the Scarborough Art Show homepage for more information.
